大學(xué)英語精讀

前言

　　《大學(xué)英語》系列教材正式本出版于1992年，并于同年9月榮獲全國高等學(xué)校第二屆優(yōu)秀教材特等獎，以及國家教委高等學(xué)校第二屆優(yōu)秀教材一等獎?！　?998年，教材作者在廣泛征求意見的基礎(chǔ)上，對該系列教材做了第一次修訂，更加注意教材的通用性，力求幫助學(xué)生打好語言基礎(chǔ)。　　2004年6月，為了推進(jìn)大學(xué)英語教學(xué)改革，提高教學(xué)質(zhì)量，滿足社會各界對大學(xué)生英語能力的要求，教育部頒布了《大學(xué)英語課程教學(xué)要求（試行）》（以下簡稱《課程要求》），指出大學(xué)英語的教學(xué)目標(biāo)是“培養(yǎng)學(xué)生的英語綜合應(yīng)用能力”。教材作者于是決定根據(jù)《課程要求》對教材做第二次修訂，以滿足新時期國家和社會對人才培養(yǎng)的需要。修訂后的《大學(xué)英語（第三版）》系列教材于2006年已經(jīng)陸續(xù)出版?！　榱藦浹a(bǔ)精讀課堂上教師精力和時間的不足，幫助學(xué)生更好地學(xué)習(xí)、吸收課本知識，上海外語教育出版社策劃、組織編寫了本套《精讀第二課堂》，與《大學(xué)英語（第三版）》系列教材的《精讀》教程配套使用?！　”咎讜繂卧梢韵虏糠纸M成：　　一、課文精解：主要介紹了與課文相關(guān)的背景知識、文體特點(diǎn)、課文大意及結(jié)構(gòu)、主要詞匯及用法、重點(diǎn)句子，并包括部分課文中的好句賞析?！　≌n文精解針對每單元的主課文（Text），既有語篇分析，又有難點(diǎn)講解，點(diǎn)面結(jié)合，使學(xué)生在把握課文全貌的同時，更好地掌握其重點(diǎn)難點(diǎn)，對精讀的課堂教學(xué)是很好的補(bǔ)充。　　二、學(xué)生用書練習(xí)答案及解析：對學(xué)生用書上的練習(xí)給出了參考答案及詳細(xì)解析。對每個練習(xí)都進(jìn)行了提示，說明此練習(xí)的目的及要求，便于學(xué)生抓住練習(xí)的重點(diǎn)。

內(nèi)容概要

　　本套書每單元由以下部分組成：　　一、課文精解：主要介紹了與課文相關(guān)的背景知識、文體特點(diǎn)、課文大意及結(jié)構(gòu)、主要詞匯及用法、重點(diǎn)句子，并包括部分課文中的好句賞析?！　《?、學(xué)生用書練習(xí)答案及解析：對學(xué)生用書上的練習(xí)給出了參考答案及詳細(xì)解析。對每個練習(xí)都進(jìn)行了提示，說明此練習(xí)的目的及要求，便于學(xué)生抓住練習(xí)的重點(diǎn)?！　∪?、閱讀活動：對輔助課文進(jìn)行了深入細(xì)致的講解，包括主要詞匯及用法，難名分析以及練習(xí)答案。寫作練習(xí)答案沒有給出范文，而是給出了提示以及詞匯和短語，便于學(xué)生自由發(fā)揮，充分展示他們寫作技能。此外，為幫助學(xué)生檢測學(xué)習(xí)效果并為四級考試做好準(zhǔn)備，每冊書還沒設(shè)計了兩套自測題，分別放在第五單元和第十單元后?！　∶績詴詈筮€有一個附錄，為兩套自測題答案。
