  《跨文化交際中的人際關(guān)系管理》一書從“禮貌理論”為出發(fā)點,提出了一個分析言語交際中關(guān)系管理的理論框架,并應(yīng)用相關(guān)學(xué)科的研究成果,采用跨學(xué)科的視角,對言語行為中的關(guān)系管理問題進行了文化對比研究,對跨文化交際中的言語行為進行了語篇分析。全書在理論探討、實證研究和研究方法三個層面上探討了如何使用語言來促進、維護或威脅和諧的社會關(guān)系這一主題。本書主編Helen Spencer-Oatey 博士是關(guān)系管理理論研究和文化對交際影響研究的著名專家,目前在英國盧頓大學(xué)擔(dān)任跨文化交際碩士項目的課程主管和英格蘭高教撥款委員會e-China 的項目經(jīng)理。
