內(nèi)容概要

　　1.認(rèn)真預(yù)習(xí)的習(xí)慣，很多同學(xué)只重視課堂上認(rèn)真聽講，課后完成作業(yè)，而忽視課前預(yù)習(xí)，有的同學(xué)根本沒有作過課前預(yù)習(xí)。其中最主要的原因不是沒有時(shí)間，而是沒有認(rèn)識到預(yù)習(xí)的重要性?！　?.專心聽課的習(xí)慣　　如果課前沒有一個(gè)“必須當(dāng)堂掌握”的決心，會直接影響聽講的效果。如果在每節(jié)課前，學(xué)生都能自覺地要求自己“必須當(dāng)堂掌握”，那么，上課的效率一定會大大提高?！　?.及時(shí)復(fù)習(xí)的習(xí)慣　　及時(shí)復(fù)習(xí)的優(yōu)點(diǎn)在于可加深和鞏固對學(xué)習(xí)內(nèi)容的理解，防止在學(xué)習(xí)后通常會發(fā)生的急速遺忘的情況。根據(jù)遺忘曲線，識記后的兩三天，遺忘的速度最快，然后逐漸緩慢下來?！　?.獨(dú)立完成作業(yè)的習(xí)慣　　明確做作業(yè)是為了及時(shí)檢查學(xué)習(xí)的效果。經(jīng)過預(yù)習(xí)、上課、課后復(fù)習(xí)，知識究竟有沒有領(lǐng)會，有沒有記住，記到什么程度，知識能否應(yīng)用，應(yīng)用的能力有多強(qiáng)，這些學(xué)習(xí)效果問題，單憑自我感覺是不準(zhǔn)確的。　　5練后反思的習(xí)慣　　在讀書和學(xué)習(xí)的過程中，每個(gè)同學(xué)都進(jìn)行過強(qiáng)度較大的練習(xí)，但做完題目并非大功告成了，更重要的在于將知識引申、擴(kuò)展、深化，因此，反思是解題之后的重要環(huán)節(jié)?！　?.積極應(yīng)考的習(xí)慣　　從學(xué)生的角度講，考試的結(jié)果直接關(guān)系到對自己的評價(jià)，也關(guān)系到自己的切身利益。從學(xué)校的角度講，老師可以檢查教和學(xué)的近期效果，以便對教學(xué)進(jìn)行及時(shí)調(diào)整。為了推動學(xué)生的系統(tǒng)復(fù)習(xí)，提高學(xué)生的自學(xué)能力，要把考試作為一項(xiàng)重要工作來抓。　　7.閱讀自學(xué)習(xí)慣　　自學(xué)是獲取知識的主要途徑。就學(xué)習(xí)過程而言，教師只是引路人，學(xué)生是學(xué)習(xí)的真正主體。學(xué)習(xí)中遇到的大量問題，主要靠自己去解決。閱讀是自學(xué)的一種主要形式。通過閱讀教科書，學(xué)生可以獨(dú)立領(lǐng)會知識，分析知識的前后聯(lián)系，形成能力。　　8.觀察的習(xí)慣　　對客觀事物的觀察，是獲取知識最基本的途徑，也是認(rèn)識客觀事物的基本環(huán)節(jié)，因此，觀察被稱為學(xué)習(xí)的“門戶”和打開智慧的“天窗”。每一位同學(xué)都應(yīng)當(dāng)學(xué)會觀察，逐步養(yǎng)成觀察意識，學(xué)會恰當(dāng)?shù)挠^察方法，養(yǎng)成良好的觀察習(xí)慣，培養(yǎng)敏銳的觀察能力?！　?.切磋琢磨的習(xí)慣　　10.總結(jié)歸納的習(xí)慣
