內(nèi)容概要

《美國(guó)文學(xué)新編》系根據(jù)我國(guó)高等院校英語(yǔ)專(zhuān)業(yè)高年級(jí)美國(guó)文學(xué)課程的教學(xué)需要編寫(xiě)而成的教材。本書(shū)在編寫(xiě)過(guò)程中注意汲取近年來(lái)國(guó)內(nèi)外有關(guān)美國(guó)文學(xué)的教學(xué)與研究成果，力求觀點(diǎn)客觀全面，論述深入淺出，文字淺顯流暢。本書(shū)既可用作英語(yǔ)專(zhuān)業(yè)本科教材，又可作為英語(yǔ)專(zhuān)業(yè)自考生的學(xué)習(xí)參考書(shū)，具有如下特點(diǎn)：    以簡(jiǎn)潔的語(yǔ)言系統(tǒng)梳理美國(guó)文學(xué)的發(fā)展脈絡(luò)，并提供各歷史階段的社會(huì)背景介紹，方便學(xué)生掌握史實(shí)。    所選名著均附有詳盡的注釋?zhuān)瑤椭鷮W(xué)生充分理解作品，提高賞析能力。    練習(xí)設(shè)計(jì)形式多樣，客觀練習(xí)題與啟發(fā)性思考題兼?zhèn)?，培養(yǎng)學(xué)生思辨能力。    內(nèi)容編排治理，教師可靈活采用史、選結(jié)合或者史、選分離兩種方式授課。
