內(nèi)容概要

學(xué)英語難，學(xué)法律英語則是難上加難。其實，不僅中國人以為難，外國人也以為難，甚至連一些以英語為母語的人都會把法律英語稱為“外語”。
用英語表達法律觀點應(yīng)做到——選好題，有條理，再自然地表達。
法律英語學(xué)習(xí)最終能否蔚然成風(fēng)，取決于學(xué)校能否創(chuàng)出品牌。如果有好的品牌，用人單位自然會紛至沓來，學(xué)生學(xué)習(xí)的勁頭也會空前高漲。

作者簡介

楊富斌，北京第二外國語學(xué)院法政學(xué)院院長、教授，中國人民大學(xué)博士，二外法學(xué)學(xué)科帶頭人和學(xué)術(shù)委員會委員，全國高校首屆法律英語大賽組委會主任，主講法理學(xué)、美國法律概況等課程，主研法理學(xué)、旅游法學(xué)等領(lǐng)域。主要著作有《信息化認識系統(tǒng)導(dǎo)論》、《現(xiàn)代西方哲學(xué)方法論》、《旅行社監(jiān)管法律制度研究》等。主要翻譯著作有《過程與實在》、《社會科學(xué)方法論》、《社會科學(xué)基礎(chǔ)》和《社會科學(xué)哲學(xué)》等。
魯勤，北京第二外國語學(xué)院英語語言文學(xué)專業(yè)碩士研究生畢業(yè)，曾擔(dān)任專業(yè)翻譯多年，有外企工作經(jīng)歷，現(xiàn)任北京聯(lián)合大學(xué)專職英語教師，主要講授英語口語、聽力、寫作、閱讀等。主要翻譯作品有《劍橋美國文學(xué)史》、《職業(yè)導(dǎo)游》、《國際飯店管理》等，編寫并出版《高級口譯教程》等。

版權(quán)頁：Regional move could also contribute to economic welfare and politicalstability. Economically,free trade area encourages internal competition and tradeliberalization,which benefits the consumers. Meanwhile, it also facilitates toenhance productivity of goods and service trough scale expa;nsion. Thirdly, thescope of FI'A is enlarging very fast,not limited to traditional tariff cut and non-tariff measures. Considering economic and trade policy are better coordinated inregion than in WTO, regional cooperation has prepared topics and pre-communication for future negotiation in WTO. Fourthly,FI'A compensates losersfrom a reduction in protection and reduces the average protection of membercountries. At certain circumstances, Fl'A helps countries which are not WTOmembers meet the requirement of the WTO.
