內(nèi)容概要

本書收錄了汪恕誠從1999年3月至2002年11月期間發(fā)表的16篇有關(guān)資源水利的學(xué)術(shù)報告和論文。作者立足當(dāng)今中國經(jīng)濟社會發(fā)展的現(xiàn)實，根據(jù)中國水資源的實際狀況，以人與自然和諧共處為理念，創(chuàng)造性地提出了中國水利要從工程水利向資源水利，從傳統(tǒng)水利向現(xiàn)代水利、可持續(xù)發(fā)展水利轉(zhuǎn)變，通過水資源的優(yōu)化配置，滿足經(jīng)濟社會發(fā)展的需求，以水資源的可持續(xù)利用支持經(jīng)濟社會的可持續(xù)發(fā)展的治水新思路。本書系統(tǒng)論述了資源水利的科學(xué)內(nèi)涵與實踐基礎(chǔ)，回答了水利建設(shè)和水資源管理中的一系列實踐問題。
