　　《DL/T827-2002 燈泡貫流式水輪發(fā)電機組啟動試驗規(guī)程（英文版）》是根據(jù)國家經(jīng)濟貿(mào)易委員會電力司《關于確認1999年度電力行業(yè)標準制修訂計劃項目的通知》（電力［2000］22號文）的計劃安排制定。我國大中型燈泡貫流式水輪發(fā)電機組（以下簡稱“燈泡貫流式機組”或“機組”）發(fā)展迅速，自20世紀80年代初起步至90年代，已建成馬跡塘、百龍灘、凌津灘、大源渡、貴港、飛來峽等安裝有大型燈泡貫流式機組的水電站近40座。但在機組啟動驗收方向一直參考DL507-1993《水輪發(fā)電機組起》動試驗規(guī)程，而沒有統(tǒng)一的標準。由于燈泡貫流式機組自身的特點，給機組的啟動試驗和交換驗收工作帶來不便?！　”緲藴实木帉懼饕偨Y(jié)了國內(nèi)已建和在建水電站的燈泡貫流式機組啟動試運行試驗的經(jīng)驗，參考了DL/T507-2002標準，并吸收了國外引進設備中的相關技術要求。通過本標準的實施，以規(guī)范燈泡貫流式機組的啟動試驗程序，統(tǒng)一相應的專業(yè)用語和俗稱，指導燈泡貫流式機組的啟動試驗和交接驗收工?！　”緲藴适菍L/T507-2002標準的補充，是國家電力基本建設施工中燈泡貫流式機組成套設備啟套設備啟動試運行試驗的依據(jù)，也是機組投產(chǎn)移交考核的主要內(nèi)容?！　”緲藴实母戒汚為資料性附錄?！　”緲藴视呻娏π袠I(yè)水電站水輪發(fā)電機標準化技術委員會提出并歸口。

　　1 Scope　　This Standard specifies the test procedure and requirements for start-up test of bulb turbine and generator units with unit capacity above 2MW （inclusive） and runner diameter above 2.5m （inclusive）， applicable to the test， handing over and acceptance of start-up test of bulb units and relevant equipment. For through-flow units and bulb through-flow units with unit capacity of less than 2MW and runner diameter of less than 2.5m， this standard may serve as a reference.　　2　Normative References　　The following referenced documents are indispensable for the application of this document. For undated references， the latest edition of the referenced document （including any amendments） applies.　　GB 8564　　　　　　Specification installation of hydraulic turbine generator units　　DL/T 507——2002Start-up Test Code for Turbine Generator Unit　　SDJ 278——1990　　　Code for design of fire protection of hydraulic engineering　　3　General Provisions　　3.1　The installation of bulb turbine unit and relevant equipment shall conform to the requirements in GB 8564 and complete construction records shall be provided. Start-up test shall be performed after the unit is installed， inspected and qualified. Only after the commissioning and acceptance are performed successfully， can the unit be put into running in the grid.　　3.2　Testing items may be appropriately added as per conditions of hydropower station and equipment， besides the start-up test items specified in this standard. The proposal for adding testing items shall be put forward by the owner and shall be in accordance with the provisions of equipment procurement and installation contracts.　　3.3　The contractor for installation of the bulb turbine unit and its relevant equipment may work out the details of start-up test items or adjust the testing sequence according to the specifications in this standard and the structural characteristics of the unit， and submit the program to the start-up acceptance committee for reviewing and approval before implement.　　3.4　The auxiliary equipment and the systems for relay protection， automatic control， monitoring and control and measurement， as well as the mechanical and electrical equipment and electrical circuit related to the unit operation， shall be tested strictly according to the applicable standards.　　3.5　The problems and defects found during start-up test of unit shall be eliminated timely to enable the unit to run safe　　y and stably for long term after the acceptance.　　3.6　The influence of water level fluctuation at both upstream and downstream on bank slope stability， on river course in reservoir area， and on environment protection and vegetation ecology， shall be taken into account during the start-up test of unit.
