　　《DL/T827-2002 燈泡貫流式水輪發(fā)電機(jī)組啟動(dòng)試驗(yàn)規(guī)程（英文版）》是根據(jù)國(guó)家經(jīng)濟(jì)貿(mào)易委員會(huì)電力司《關(guān)于確認(rèn)1999年度電力行業(yè)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)制修訂計(jì)劃項(xiàng)目的通知》（電力［2000］22號(hào)文）的計(jì)劃安排制定。我國(guó)大中型燈泡貫流式水輪發(fā)電機(jī)組（以下簡(jiǎn)稱“燈泡貫流式機(jī)組”或“機(jī)組”）發(fā)展迅速，自20世紀(jì)80年代初起步至90年代，已建成馬跡塘、百龍灘、凌津?yàn)?、大源渡、貴港、飛來峽等安裝有大型燈泡貫流式機(jī)組的水電站近40座。但在機(jī)組啟動(dòng)驗(yàn)收方向一直參考DL507-1993《水輪發(fā)電機(jī)組起》動(dòng)試驗(yàn)規(guī)程，而沒有統(tǒng)一的標(biāo)準(zhǔn)。由于燈泡貫流式機(jī)組自身的特點(diǎn)，給機(jī)組的啟動(dòng)試驗(yàn)和交換驗(yàn)收工作帶來不便?！　”緲?biāo)準(zhǔn)的編寫主要總結(jié)了國(guó)內(nèi)已建和在建水電站的燈泡貫流式機(jī)組啟動(dòng)試運(yùn)行試驗(yàn)的經(jīng)驗(yàn)，參考了DL/T507-2002標(biāo)準(zhǔn)，并吸收了國(guó)外引進(jìn)設(shè)備中的相關(guān)技術(shù)要求。通過本標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的實(shí)施，以規(guī)范燈泡貫流式機(jī)組的啟動(dòng)試驗(yàn)程序，統(tǒng)一相應(yīng)的專業(yè)用語(yǔ)和俗稱，指導(dǎo)燈泡貫流式機(jī)組的啟動(dòng)試驗(yàn)和交接驗(yàn)收工?！　”緲?biāo)準(zhǔn)是對(duì)DL/T507-2002標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的補(bǔ)充，是國(guó)家電力基本建設(shè)施工中燈泡貫流式機(jī)組成套設(shè)備啟套設(shè)備啟動(dòng)試運(yùn)行試驗(yàn)的依據(jù)，也是機(jī)組投產(chǎn)移交考核的主要內(nèi)容?！　”緲?biāo)準(zhǔn)的附錄A為資料性附錄。　　本標(biāo)準(zhǔn)由電力行業(yè)水電站水輪發(fā)電機(jī)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化技術(shù)委員會(huì)提出并歸口。

　　1 Scope　　This Standard specifies the test procedure and requirements for start-up test of bulb turbine and generator units with unit capacity above 2MW （inclusive） and runner diameter above 2.5m （inclusive）， applicable to the test， handing over and acceptance of start-up test of bulb units and relevant equipment. For through-flow units and bulb through-flow units with unit capacity of less than 2MW and runner diameter of less than 2.5m， this standard may serve as a reference.　　2　Normative References　　The following referenced documents are indispensable for the application of this document. For dated references， only the edition cited applies. For undated references， the latest edition of the referenced document （including any amendments） applies.　　GB 8564　　　　　　Specification installation of hydraulic turbine generator units　　DL/T 507——2002Start-up Test Code for Turbine Generator Unit　　SDJ 278——1990　　　Code for design of fire protection of hydraulic engineering　　3　General Provisions　　3.1　The installation of bulb turbine unit and relevant equipment shall conform to the requirements in GB 8564 and complete construction records shall be provided. Start-up test shall be performed after the unit is installed， inspected and qualified. Only after the commissioning and acceptance are performed successfully， can the unit be put into running in the grid.　　3.2　Testing items may be appropriately added as per conditions of hydropower station and equipment， besides the start-up test items specified in this standard. The proposal for adding testing items shall be put forward by the owner and shall be in accordance with the provisions of equipment procurement and installation contracts.　　3.3　The contractor for installation of the bulb turbine unit and its relevant equipment may work out the details of start-up test items or adjust the testing sequence according to the specifications in this standard and the structural characteristics of the unit， and submit the program to the start-up acceptance committee for reviewing and approval before implement.　　3.4　The auxiliary equipment and the systems for relay protection， automatic control， monitoring and control and measurement， as well as the mechanical and electrical equipment and electrical circuit related to the unit operation， shall be tested strictly according to the applicable standards.　　3.5　The problems and defects found during start-up test of unit shall be eliminated timely to enable the unit to run safe　　y and stably for long term after the acceptance.　　3.6　The influence of water level fluctuation at both upstream and downstream on bank slope stability， on river course in reservoir area， and on environment protection and vegetation ecology， shall be taken into account during the start-up test of unit.
