內(nèi)容概要

《中國回族民俗集萃(英漢對照)》以大量的圖片資料為主，并輔以中英文對照文字，對回族民俗文化進行了系統(tǒng)而全面的闡述和展示。通過對一些具有代表性的回族民俗文化，如節(jié)日文化、婚喪習(xí)俗、飲食習(xí)俗、回族游藝、醫(yī)療衛(wèi)生文化等，使更多的讀者了解回族、理解回族文化，理解回族人民質(zhì)樸深沉、愛美尚美的精神世界。

作者簡介

洪梅香，1951年2月生，回族，寧夏同心人。經(jīng)濟師、高級政工師，研究生學(xué)歷。中國管理科學(xué)院學(xué)術(shù)委員會特邀研究員，中國商貿(mào)專家委員會專家委員。先后擔(dān)任銀川市商務(wù)局局長、銀川市副市長、銀川市政協(xié)主席等職?，F(xiàn)為全國政協(xié)十一屆委員會委員、寧夏回族自治區(qū)政協(xié)第九屆委員會常委、寧夏慈善總會副會長、寧夏麥麗燕基金會理事長。著有《銀川市實施西部大開發(fā)的思路和舉措》、《將銀川建設(shè)成西部地區(qū)區(qū)域性中心城市的思考》、《銀川商務(wù)發(fā)展的思考》、《天涯尋訪穆民家》、《風(fēng)啟華夏--落地印尼的穆斯林》等理論性文章和散文；專著有《賓館飯店服務(wù)員培訓(xùn)》、《回族服飾》、《回族雕刻藝術(shù)》、《中國西北回族宴席曲大觀》、《銀川建城史研究》、《回族清真美食文化》等著作。主持開展了多項軟科學(xué)課題研究。承擔(dān)了“銀川市清真食品產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略規(guī)劃研究”、“解決城市流浪乞討人員若干問題研究”、“大銀川生態(tài)節(jié)水型城市建設(shè)目標(biāo)與措施”、“銀川土地流轉(zhuǎn)問題研究報告”、“銀川城市起源研究報告”和“銀川回族史”等多項軟課題研究。其中，課題“銀川市清真食品產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略規(guī)劃研究”榮獲銀川市科技進步三等獎。

The descrip-tions of poems such as"Oiang Flute with gold bell-shaped percussion instrument" in Great Wall Cave Walk With Horse written by emperor Taizong Li Shiming, "unknown about the one playing chalumeau, all ones away from home expect to come home at night" in Listening To The Flute On Fort written by poet Li Yi, "melodious Qiang Flute with snow fully covering on ground" writ-ten by Song dynasty literati Fan Zhongyan and "a Qiang Flute sound with willow, like all caved soldiers own encouragement orchid" in On The Frontier written by Ming prime minister Zhang Juzheng to the musical instruments such as Oiang Flute, chalumeau, reed and the like are the real representation to the ancient frontier fortress musical instruments. Through the long-time cultural creation and practice, some ancient musical instruments gradually become the coun-try-style musical instruments called mouth string instrument, miaow-voice-like instrument,Wu-Wa instrument and Yuchuichui (Pinyin of Chinese character) by the Hui's people. The most popular musical instrument is mouth string in Hui musical instrument. It is said that a long time ago, the Ningxia Liupan Mountain suffered from severe drought. For rescuing villagers, a beautiful Hui girl Ha Dan and brave Da Wude found a hole of spring through many adventures. However, Ha Dan was bitten by a poison snake, and became mute, although being rescued by Da Wude. As a result, she made a small and smart mouth string with a bamboo comb which was for combing hair, and express the hope to beautiful life and deep love to Da Wude with dismal and crying-like string music. After that, girls all made their own mouth strings, to praise their merits and virtues and moving love stories.
