  《中國研究生教育質(zhì)量年度報告(2012)》是首部具有研究性質(zhì)的年度質(zhì)量報告,突出“質(zhì)量”和“年度”主題詞,從多視角、多層面研究分析研究生教育質(zhì)量,力求科學、客觀地反映2011年度研究生教育質(zhì)量。?
  本報告綜述了2011年度研究生教育質(zhì)量改革的政策措施,利用統(tǒng)計數(shù)據(jù)剖析了研究生教育質(zhì)量的基本狀況;梳理了2011年度研究生教育若干質(zhì)量熱點議題,并分析了其存在的問題和原因;為適應研究生教育管理加強省級統(tǒng)籌的新形勢,研究提出了省級研究生教育評價指標體系,并對部分指標進行了統(tǒng)計排名;推動研究生積極參與教育質(zhì)量評價,對全國35個研究生培養(yǎng)單位的8000余名研究生開展了研究生教育滿意度問卷調(diào)查,問卷結(jié)果統(tǒng)計既呈現(xiàn)了教育質(zhì)量滿意度現(xiàn)狀,又得出了有益的結(jié)論和建議;收集了境外媒體對我國研究生教育改革發(fā)展的評論,整理了國外研究生教育發(fā)展的新動態(tài)。?
  本報告統(tǒng)計數(shù)據(jù)翔實、信息資料豐富,既可作為教育管理部門的決策參考,又能為研究生培養(yǎng)部門的管理者、研究生導師以及在校研究生和報考研究生的考生了解研究生教育質(zhì)量提供有價值的參考材料,還能為關(guān)注、支持和投身研究生教育改革與發(fā)展的社會公眾、行業(yè)企業(yè)等搭建有意義的溝通橋梁。
  Abstract
  “Annual Report on China’s Graduate Education Quality
2012”initiates the annual research report for graduate education
quality, highlights the keywords of“quality” and “annual”,and looks
into the graduate education quality from different levels and
perspectives with the aim to provide a scientific and objective
overview of graduate education quality in 2011.?
The report attempts to fulfill a set of tasks. First, the policies
for reform of graduate education quality in 2011 are summarized and
the status quo analyzed based on the statistics. Second, several
hot issues in graduate education quality in 2011 are reexamined
with the purpose of finding the problems and causes. Third, to
adapt to the improving administration of provincial graduate
education, this report proposes a system of provincial graduate
education evaluation indexes, and makes a ranking according to some
of the indexes. Fourth, graduates’ evaluation is included in the
general evaluation system. This report launches a questionnaire on
the degree of satisfaction among 8000 graduates in 35
institutions,Some valuable conclusions and suggestions can be drawn
from the result which shows the situation of graduates’ degree of
satisfaction with the quality of graduate education. Lastly, the
authors collect comments on China’s graduate education reform from
foreign media and introduce the up-to-date developments in graduate
education abroad. ?
  With a sound statistics and abundant information, the report is
not only the reference for the governmental departments and
educational administrators who are in charge of graduate education,
but also providing valuable information for the supervisors,
graduate students and prospective graduates. Besides, this report
builds up a meaningful bridge for the public, industries and
companies which are interested in and intend to devote their effort
in reform graduate education.
