版權(quán)頁(yè)：   插圖：   國(guó)民經(jīng)濟(jì)行業(yè)分類 自2003年定期報(bào)表開(kāi)始使用新的《國(guó)民經(jīng)濟(jì)行業(yè)分類》，該分類是由國(guó)家統(tǒng)計(jì)局組織修訂。修訂后的《國(guó)民經(jīng)濟(jì)行業(yè)分類》共有門(mén)類20個(gè)，大類95個(gè)。 企業(yè)（單位）登記注冊(cè)類型是以在工商行政管理機(jī)關(guān)登記注冊(cè)的各類企業(yè)為劃分對(duì)象，以工商行政管理部門(mén)對(duì)企業(yè)登記注冊(cè)的類型為依據(jù)，將企業(yè)登記注冊(cè)類型分為內(nèi)資企業(yè)、港澳臺(tái)商投資企業(yè)和外商投資企業(yè)三大類。內(nèi)資企業(yè)包括國(guó)有企業(yè)、集體企業(yè)、股份合作企業(yè)、聯(lián)營(yíng)企業(yè)、有限責(zé)任公司、股份有限公司、私營(yíng)企業(yè)和其他企業(yè)；港澳臺(tái)商投資企業(yè)和外商投資企業(yè)分別包括合資經(jīng)營(yíng)企業(yè)、合作經(jīng)營(yíng)企業(yè)、獨(dú)資經(jīng)營(yíng)企業(yè)和股份有限公司。對(duì)不在工商行政管理部門(mén)進(jìn)行登記的行政機(jī)關(guān)、事業(yè)單位和社會(huì)團(tuán)體，主要按其經(jīng)費(fèi)來(lái)源和管理方式進(jìn)行劃分。 國(guó)有企業(yè)指企業(yè)全部資產(chǎn)歸國(guó)家所有，并按《中華人民共和國(guó)企業(yè)法人登記管理?xiàng)l例》規(guī)定登記注冊(cè)的非公司制的經(jīng)濟(jì)組織。不包括有限責(zé)任公司中的國(guó)有獨(dú)資公司。 集體企業(yè) 指企業(yè)資產(chǎn)歸集體所有，并按《中華人民共和國(guó)企業(yè)法人登記管理?xiàng)l例》規(guī)定登記注冊(cè)的經(jīng)濟(jì)組織。 股份合作企業(yè) 指以合作制為基礎(chǔ)，由企業(yè)職工共同出資入股，吸收一定比例的社會(huì)資產(chǎn)投資組建，實(shí)行自主經(jīng)營(yíng)，自負(fù)盈虧，共同勞動(dòng)，民主管理，按勞分配與按股分紅相結(jié)合的一種集體經(jīng)濟(jì)組織。 聯(lián)營(yíng)企業(yè) 指兩個(gè)及兩個(gè)以上相同或不同所有制性質(zhì)的企業(yè)法人或事業(yè)單位法人，按自愿、平等、互利的原則，共同投資組成的經(jīng)濟(jì)組織。聯(lián)營(yíng)企業(yè)包括國(guó)有聯(lián)營(yíng)企業(yè)、集體聯(lián)營(yíng)企業(yè)、國(guó)有與集體聯(lián)營(yíng)企業(yè)和其他聯(lián)營(yíng)企業(yè)。 有限責(zé)任公司 指根據(jù)《中華人民共和國(guó)公司登記管理?xiàng)l例》規(guī)定登記注冊(cè)，由兩個(gè)以上，五十個(gè)以下的股東共同出資，每個(gè)股東以其所認(rèn)繳的出資額對(duì)公司承擔(dān)有限責(zé)任，公司以其全部資產(chǎn)對(duì)其債務(wù)承擔(dān)責(zé)任的經(jīng)濟(jì)組織。有限責(zé)任公司包括國(guó)有獨(dú)資公司以及其他有限責(zé)任公司。 股份有限公司 指根據(jù)《中華人民共和國(guó)公司登記管理?xiàng)l例》規(guī)定登記注冊(cè)，其全部注冊(cè)資本由等額股份構(gòu)成并通過(guò)發(fā)行股票籌集資本，股東以其認(rèn)購(gòu)的股份對(duì)公司承擔(dān)有限責(zé)任，公司以其全部資產(chǎn)對(duì)其債務(wù)承擔(dān)責(zé)任的經(jīng)濟(jì)組織。 私營(yíng)企業(yè) 指由自然人投資設(shè)立或由自然人控股，以雇傭勞動(dòng)為基礎(chǔ)的營(yíng)利性經(jīng)濟(jì)組織。包括按照《公司法》、《合伙企業(yè)法》、《私營(yíng)企業(yè)暫行條例》規(guī)定登記注冊(cè)的私營(yíng)有限責(zé)任公司、私營(yíng)股份有限公司、私營(yíng)合伙企業(yè)和私營(yíng)獨(dú)資企業(yè)。 其他企業(yè) 指上述企業(yè)之外的其他內(nèi)資經(jīng)濟(jì)組織。 與港澳臺(tái)商合資經(jīng)營(yíng)企業(yè) 指港澳臺(tái)地區(qū)投資者與內(nèi)地企業(yè)依照《中華人民共和國(guó)中外合資經(jīng)營(yíng)企業(yè)法》及有關(guān)法律的規(guī)定，按合同規(guī)定的比例投資設(shè)立、分享利潤(rùn)和分擔(dān)風(fēng)險(xiǎn)的企業(yè)。 與港澳臺(tái)商合作經(jīng)營(yíng)企業(yè) 指港澳臺(tái)地區(qū)投資者與內(nèi)地企業(yè)依照《中華人民共和國(guó)中外合作經(jīng)營(yíng)企業(yè)法》及有關(guān)法律的規(guī)定，依照合作合同的約定進(jìn)行投資或提供條件設(shè)立、分配利潤(rùn)和分擔(dān)風(fēng)險(xiǎn)的企業(yè)。 港澳臺(tái)商獨(dú)資經(jīng)營(yíng)企業(yè) 指依照《中華人民共和國(guó)外資企業(yè)法》及有關(guān)法律的規(guī)定，在內(nèi)地由港澳臺(tái)地區(qū)投資者全額投資設(shè)立的企業(yè)。 港澳臺(tái)商投資股份有限公司 指根據(jù)國(guó)家有關(guān)規(guī)定，經(jīng)外經(jīng)貿(mào)部依法批準(zhǔn)設(shè)立，其中港、澳、臺(tái)商的股本占公司注冊(cè)資本的比例達(dá)25％以上的股份有限公司。凡其中港、澳、臺(tái)商的股本占公司注冊(cè)資本的比例小于25％的，屬于內(nèi)資企業(yè)中的股份有限公司。 中外合資經(jīng)營(yíng)企業(yè) 指外國(guó)企業(yè)或外國(guó)人與中國(guó)內(nèi)地企業(yè)依照《中華人民共和國(guó)中外合資經(jīng)營(yíng)企業(yè)法》及有關(guān)法律的規(guī)定，按合同規(guī)定的比例投資設(shè)立、分享利潤(rùn)和分擔(dān)風(fēng)險(xiǎn)的企業(yè)。 中外合作經(jīng)營(yíng)企業(yè) 指外國(guó)企業(yè)或外國(guó)人與中國(guó)內(nèi)地企業(yè)依照《中華人民共和國(guó)中外合作經(jīng)營(yíng)企業(yè)法》及有關(guān)法律的規(guī)定，依照合作合同的約定進(jìn)行投資或提供條件設(shè)立、分配利潤(rùn)和分擔(dān)風(fēng)險(xiǎn)的企業(yè)。 外資企業(yè) 指依照《中華人民共和國(guó)外資企業(yè)法》及有關(guān)法律的規(guī)定，在中國(guó)內(nèi)地由外國(guó)投資者全額投資設(shè)立的企業(yè)。 外商投資股份有限公司 指根據(jù)國(guó)家有關(guān)規(guī)定，經(jīng)外經(jīng)貿(mào)部依法批準(zhǔn)設(shè)立，其中外資的股本占公司注冊(cè)資本的比例達(dá)25％以上的股份有限公司，凡其中外資股本占公司注冊(cè)資本的比例小于25％，的，屬于內(nèi)資企業(yè)中的股份有限公司。
