作者簡(jiǎn)介

姜利美，男，生于1956年2月，山東蓬萊人，山東大學(xué)法學(xué)院教授，法學(xué)博士，碩士研究生導(dǎo)師。世界羅馬法研究會(huì)理事、山東省調(diào)解委員會(huì)調(diào)解員、山東濟(jì)南市國(guó)際貿(mào)易法學(xué)會(huì)副會(huì)長(zhǎng)。于1995年-1997年在意大利羅馬大學(xué)科法學(xué)院研究國(guó)際經(jīng)驗(yàn)法和羅馬法，曾應(yīng)邀在波羅尼亞大學(xué)、羅馬大
