作者簡介

姜利美，男，生于1956年2月，山東蓬萊人，山東大學法學院教授，法學博士，碩士研究生導師。世界羅馬法研究會理事、山東省調(diào)解委員會調(diào)解員、山東濟南市國際貿(mào)易法學會副會長。于1995年-1997年在意大利羅馬大學科法學院研究國際經(jīng)驗法和羅馬法，曾應邀在波羅尼亞大學、羅馬大
