內容概要

　　本書是關于侵權行為法的一本論文集，編者搜集了美國自20世紀60年代到90年代初的侵權行為法論文。書中選編的論文涵蓋了侵權法領域內眾多理論要點，所選論文均為初窺侵權行為法門徑者易于掌握的理論文章。通過本書的閱讀，可以讓我們窺視美國近30年的侵權行為法理論以及理論的變遷，而且，傳統侵權行為法的巨變，應該也就是發(fā)生在這30年。本書的編輯思路在于，展現侵權行為法的理論魅力，解釋交叉學科研究對侵權行為法的影響。侵權行為法的思辨理論構成了侵權行為法的“基礎”和“根基”，這也正是作者稱這部編輯作品為《侵權行為法基礎》的原因所在。

作者簡介

索爾·萊夫莫爾（Saul Levmore）分別于1978年和1980年獲耶魯大學經濟學博士學位和法學博士學位，自2001年起擔任哥倫比亞大學法學院院長，主要講授侵權行為法、公共選擇、商法以及合同法等。
