國際公法

內容概要

　　本書介紹了當今國際法的概況，并且為更深入的研究指明了方向。國際法指適用于主權國家之間以及其他具有國際人格的實體之間的法律規(guī)則的總體。國際法主體主要包括國家及國際組織。國際法又稱國際公法，以區(qū)別于國際私法。后者是以國際民事關系為調整對象的法律規(guī)則。國際法也不同于國內法。國內法是一個國家內部的法律，其調整對象限于該國管轄范圍內的個人及其他法律實體?！　”緯撕Ｑ蠓?、國際環(huán)境法、武裝力量的使用和軍隊的控制等章節(jié)。本書對國際公法的相關方面和應用進行了研究，比如淵源。同時還介紹了國際組織、爭端解決、國際條約法和個人的權利等內容。此外，本書還介紹了管轄、美國對外關系法和豁免的內容，最后還介紹了國際法律研究的資料和方法。

作者簡介

　　托馬斯·伯根特爾（Thomas Buergenthal）：喬治·華盛頓大學法學院教授，研究方向為國際法與比較法，該校國際法治中心執(zhí)行主任，在國際法、人權法和比較法領域著述頗豐。 　　肖恩·D·墨菲（Sean D. Murphy）：喬治·華盛頓大學法學院副教授，美國國際法學會執(zhí)行委員。主要的教學和研究領域為國際法、國際環(huán)境法，箸有《人道主義介入：世界秩序演變下的聯合國》、《美國國際法實踐》等。
