本書收錄了作者近幾年來特別是中國加入世界貿(mào)易組織后，在中國通過仲裁解決經(jīng)貿(mào)糾紛的一些建設(shè)性設(shè)想和國內(nèi)外通過仲裁解決經(jīng)貿(mào)糾紛的一些經(jīng)驗做法的文章。作者簡介  Dr.Wang Sheng Chang is the Vice Chairman of the China International Economic and Trade Arbitration Commission(CIETAC),and China Maritime Arbitration Commission(CMAC),Beijing.    As an arbitrator,Dr.Wang Sheng Chang has handled more than 200international arbitration cases of CIETAC.He if also an experienced arbitrator in ICC arbitration,SCC arbitration,HKIAC arbitration and an hoc arbitration.    Dr.Wang Sheng Chang is a frequent speaker at arbitration conferences.    His key works include:Internatinal Arbitration in the People's Republic of China(Butterworths,Singapore 1995 and 2000,co-author),Resolving Disputes in thePRC(FT.Hong Kong,1996)and Theory and Practice of Combining Arbitration with Conciliation(Law Press,China,2001).
