內容概要

　　隨著改革開放不斷深入和社會主義市場經濟的迅速發(fā)展，我國對具有較高的專業(yè)外語水平的法律人才的需求量日益增長，為適應這一形勢的要求，我們特請司法部所屬五所政法院校從事法律英語教學的教師編寫了《法律英語教程》，以供業(yè)已達到大學英語四級或六級水平的大專院校學生繼續(xù)學習英語使用?！　”窘坛桃耘囵B(yǎng)學生閱讀和理解法學各專業(yè)文章及書籍能力為目的，同時要求學生能掌握一定的法律英語翻譯技巧，對中等難度的文章的翻譯速度達到每小時1000單詞左右，準確率不低于70%?！　”緯x材新穎，題材廣泛。該書在編寫過程中注意語言的實用性，且注重增加詞匯輸入量，提高復現(xiàn)率，加強語感的培養(yǎng)。　　整個教材分為上、下兩冊，由淺入深，難度逐漸增大。上冊選文多為法學基礎理論簡介，下冊則著重介紹有關民、商法及司法文書等實用性較強的內容。
