作者簡(jiǎn)介

  Some people peddle the idea that certain foods are the best for weight loss because when these“ special foods” are eaten they resultin negaUve calories,however,there is no hard scienfic proof to support this theory.In fact the only reason some foods are considered the best for weight loss is because they help reduce the total energy consumption in some way .If any low calorie food is replacing another food high in calories then it can be considered good for losing weight.  Some other foods that are considered helpful when losing weight are those high in fiber. The fiber helps fill up the stomach quicker causing the individual to eat less,thus less calories are consumed  Foods that are low in fat are also believed to be the best forlosing weight. Fat contains more than twice the amount of energy thancarbohydratesorprotein,So eatinglessfat naturallyIowem calorieintake  單獨(dú)一種食物不可能使我們達(dá)到減肥目的,所以沒(méi)有哪種食物能夠單獨(dú)成為最佳減肥食物。我們都知道只有消耗掉飲食中各種不同食物所包含的能量,才能達(dá)到減肥目的,也就是說(shuō)食物中的總能量必須低于身體消耗的能量才行?! ∮行┤诵麚P(yáng)這樣一種觀(guān)念:有些食物是最佳的減肥食物,因?yàn)槿藗兪秤眠@些特別的食物時(shí),能帶來(lái)負(fù)卡路里。然而,并沒(méi)有很有力的科學(xué)證明來(lái)支撐這項(xiàng)理論。事實(shí)上,這些食物被認(rèn)定是最佳減肥食物的唯一原因是它們以某種方式幫助減少了需要消耗的總能量。任何低卡路里食物如果取代了高卡路里食物,那么它就有利于減肥。  另一些有利于減肥的食物是高纖維食物。纖維能夠更快地使人們有飽足感,減少飲食,從而吸收更少的卡路里。  低脂肪食物同樣被認(rèn)為是最佳減肥食物。脂肪含有的能量比碳水化合物或蛋白質(zhì)所含能量的兩倍還多,因此少吃脂肪自然會(huì)減少卡路里的攝入。
