內(nèi)容概要

本書是星火系列圖書的最新版。此次修訂，我們充分采納了廣大讀者的意見和建議，根據(jù)教育部最新頒發(fā)的《大學(xué)英語課程教學(xué)要求》（以下簡稱《新要求》），以及大學(xué)英語四、六級考試的變化趨勢，在原書的基礎(chǔ)上修訂而成，既保留了原書的精華，又豐富了原書的內(nèi)容，改進(jìn)了原書的形式，從而使本書更具特色：     全——內(nèi)容更全面：收詞全面，收錄了《課程要求》所有詞匯、短語及部分超綱詞。并對單詞進(jìn)行了細(xì)致的講解，名詞上加了可數(shù)（C）與不可數(shù)（U）、不規(guī)則名詞復(fù)數(shù)，不規(guī)則動詞上加了過去式和過去分詞，便于讀者鞏固 記憶效果。單詞的用法、搭配、辨異等解說詳盡，并增加大量名言、佳句、諺語等，發(fā)揮語境記憶的作用，使讀者不僅記住而且會用?？傊?，我們力圖做到全面準(zhǔn)確、細(xì)致入微。     易——記憶更容易：進(jìn)一步完善了原星火式記憶法，新增大量圖解記憶、一言辨異，充分發(fā)揮了星火式記憶法的獨(dú)到之處，使讀者能夠取得與眾不同、名副其實(shí)的速記效果。     活——形式更活潑：改進(jìn)了原星火的版式，新增插圖、圖表、卡片400余幅，并采用電腦制圖，增強(qiáng)了視覺效果，使全書圖文并茂，生動有趣。     便——使用更方便：附有詞匯索引，便于查找，因而也具有了工具書的功能。
