21世紀(jì)大學(xué)新英語(yǔ)視聽(tīng)說(shuō)基礎(chǔ)教程

前言

　　2002年，教育部啟動(dòng)了新一輪的大學(xué)英語(yǔ)教學(xué)改革。這次改革的重心是提高學(xué)生的英語(yǔ)聽(tīng)說(shuō)能力，解決長(zhǎng)期以來(lái)備受社會(huì)指責(zé)的“啞巴英語(yǔ)”教學(xué)模式，使學(xué)生在未來(lái)的學(xué)習(xí)、工作和社會(huì)交往中能用英語(yǔ)進(jìn)行有效的交流，并使他們成為在國(guó)際舞臺(tái)上有作為和活躍的高素質(zhì)人才。教育部同時(shí)修改了《大學(xué)英語(yǔ)課程教學(xué)要求（試行）》，改革了大學(xué)英語(yǔ)四、六級(jí)考試的題型和內(nèi)容。修改后的《大學(xué)英語(yǔ)課程教學(xué)要求》明確提出，大學(xué)英語(yǔ)教學(xué)的重點(diǎn)從培養(yǎng)學(xué)生閱讀和寫(xiě)作能力為主轉(zhuǎn)向培養(yǎng)學(xué)生的聽(tīng)說(shuō)能力為主。改革后的大學(xué)英語(yǔ)四、六級(jí)紙筆考試的英語(yǔ)聽(tīng)力分?jǐn)?shù)從以前的20分增加到了35分，而新開(kāi)發(fā)的大學(xué)英語(yǔ)四、六級(jí)網(wǎng)考試題不僅大幅度提高了聽(tīng)力部分的比重，而且聽(tīng)力部分的選材使用的都是鮮活的原始視聽(tīng)材料。　　為滿足大學(xué)英語(yǔ)教學(xué)改革的需要，我們遵循《大學(xué)英語(yǔ)課程教學(xué)要求》，編寫(xiě)了這套《21世紀(jì)大學(xué)新英語(yǔ)視聽(tīng)說(shuō)教程》，供高等學(xué)校本科生視聽(tīng)說(shuō)課程使用。本教程以功能意念貫穿始終，采用視、聽(tīng)、說(shuō)、寫(xiě)相結(jié)合的方法，充分利用現(xiàn)代計(jì)算機(jī)技術(shù)、網(wǎng)絡(luò)技術(shù)和先進(jìn)的教學(xué)手段，旨在全面提高學(xué)生的英語(yǔ)視聽(tīng)說(shuō)和寫(xiě)作能力?！　”咎捉滩挠幸韵绿攸c(diǎn)：　　1.選材真實(shí)，取材廣泛：所有視聽(tīng)說(shuō)語(yǔ)料都選自近期英美國(guó)家主要媒體的新聞報(bào)道、人物訪談、熱點(diǎn)話題討論和勵(lì)志故事等。選材融知識(shí)性、趣味性和真實(shí)性于一體，語(yǔ)言貼近現(xiàn)實(shí)生活。真實(shí)的語(yǔ)言材料能夠激發(fā)學(xué)生的學(xué)習(xí)動(dòng)力和潛力?！　?.任務(wù)導(dǎo)向，交際為本：本套教材配有大量的課堂活動(dòng)，有些需在教師組織下來(lái)完成，有些要學(xué)生自由去發(fā)揮。所練內(nèi)容與視聽(tīng)內(nèi)容緊密相聯(lián)，聽(tīng)、說(shuō)、寫(xiě)融為一體，更加有效地操練語(yǔ)言輸出技能，培養(yǎng)學(xué)生的英語(yǔ)綜合應(yīng)用能力。
