前言

　　2007年出版的《大學(xué)英語課程教學(xué)要求》（以下簡稱《課程要求》）是指導(dǎo)我國大學(xué)英語教學(xué)的一個綱領(lǐng)性文件。《課程要求》對大學(xué)英語教學(xué)的定位是：“大學(xué)英語是以外語教學(xué)理論為指導(dǎo)，以英語語言知識與應(yīng)用技能、跨文化交際和學(xué)習(xí)策略為主要內(nèi)容，并集多種教學(xué)模式和教學(xué)手段為一體的教學(xué)體系”。大學(xué)英語的教學(xué)目標(biāo)是“培養(yǎng)學(xué)生的英語綜合應(yīng)用能力，……同時增強其自主學(xué)習(xí)能力，提高綜合文化素養(yǎng)，以適應(yīng)我國社會發(fā)展和國際交流的需要”?！　¤b于我國幅員遼闊，地區(qū)與地區(qū)之間、高校與高校之間客觀上存在較大差異，《課程要求》提出了“分類指導(dǎo)、因材施教”的原則。其具體體現(xiàn)為大學(xué)英語教學(xué)分為三個層次：一般要求、較高要求和更高要求。其中的一般要求為高等學(xué)校非英語專業(yè)本科畢業(yè)生應(yīng)達(dá)到的基本要求；較高要求或更高要求適用于對辦學(xué)定位、類型和人才培養(yǎng)目標(biāo)定位較高的學(xué)校?！　　墩n程要求》提出構(gòu)建大學(xué)英語課程體系。該課程體系既包括必修課程和選修課程；也涵蓋不同課程類別：綜合英語類、語言技能類、英語應(yīng)用類、語言文化類和專業(yè)英語類。

Internet has gained such a positive boost and response in the modern day living that almostevery thing seems related to it.
