內(nèi) 容 提 要
本書是根據(jù)涉外餐旅業(yè)實際需要編寫的英語崗位培訓(xùn)教材。
全書分為五部分,分別介紹賓館的前廳、客房、餐廳、商場和管理
部門的常用口語。課文采用情景對話的形式,并有語法結(jié)構(gòu)和功
能簡介,每篇課文后有大量練習(xí),各部分后還有總復(fù)習(xí)練習(xí)。附錄
中收進(jìn)了餐旅業(yè)工作人員常用的簡易英語和有關(guān)術(shù)語。
本書也可供其他方面的涉外工作人員和廣大英語學(xué)習(xí)者閱
讀和參考。
本書課文會話已由外國語言專家錄音,并制成音帶供讀者學(xué)
習(xí)時使用。
為了幫助讀者學(xué)習(xí),本書作者另外編寫了《飯店情景英語學(xué)
習(xí)指南》一書,提供了本書課文譯文和練習(xí)答案。
