內(nèi)容概要
不同于傳統(tǒng)的通信運營專業(yè)英語教材,針對職業(yè)特點,顧琪璋編著的《通信運營與管理專業(yè)英語教程》降低了理論難度,強調(diào)了其實用性,緊扣“即學即用”的特點,重點突出口語的重要性。
教材首先安排了3個預備單元,收錄了通信運營專業(yè)常用的詞匯、表達和簡短的職業(yè)會話。正文的12個單元中,前10個單元按照通信行業(yè)的業(yè)務分類講述,每單元第一部分為理論部分,第二部分采用對話或問答形式;后兩個單元為練習或?qū)嵱枂卧?,選擇寬帶和移動語音業(yè)務進行強化訓練。每單元的第三部分為單元知識相關(guān)或職業(yè)相關(guān)的知識,供讀者參考。每單元的第一和第二部分都提供了參考的生詞表,方便讀者學習。
每個單元之后安排的練習作為學生的口語會話練習材料,使用時建議采用如下方法:
首先閱讀、學習材料,理解材料含義;然后參照每單元Part2的方法利用所給材料進行會話練習,兩人或多人組成小組,提出問題并從中找出答案。這類練習可以訓練學生在實際工作中通過閱讀業(yè)務材料,與客戶溝通時,能對其做詳盡介紹和說明,從而提高業(yè)務水平。
本書的最后一單元還給出了10篇閱讀材料。這些材料主要包含以下三部分內(nèi)容: (1)中國通信行業(yè)和通信公司簡介;
(2)正文中未涉及的尚未或較少在我國通信行業(yè)出現(xiàn)的業(yè)務介紹; (3)與外國客戶交流中的技巧和知識。
《通信運營與管理專業(yè)英語教程》適用于通信運營專業(yè)學生、電信營業(yè)員、電信業(yè)務營銷員、用戶通信終端銷售和移動營業(yè)員使用,也可供對通信行業(yè)感興趣的讀者閱讀。
