多國視野下的教育革新

內(nèi)容概要

全球化潮流深刻影響著各國高等教育的管理和運(yùn)行模式。創(chuàng)業(yè)型管理、跨國教育和市場機(jī)制業(yè)已成為國際高等教育改革和發(fā)展過程中的熱門話題。英國布里斯托大學(xué)東亞研究中心主任莫家豪教授認(rèn)為，在知識經(jīng)濟(jì)背景，探索創(chuàng)業(yè)型大學(xué)建設(shè)、促進(jìn)大學(xué)公司化和國際化是東亞高等教育管理體制改革的發(fā)展趨勢。他批判性地認(rèn)證了國際化對東亞各國高等教育的影響，指出國際化并不意味著單純遵循西方的標(biāo)準(zhǔn)和實踐；東亞各國在向西方國家學(xué)習(xí)的同時，應(yīng)該重視自身豐富的文化和傳統(tǒng)。筆者認(rèn)為，理論和實踐相結(jié)合是教師教育的關(guān)鍵，大學(xué)和中小學(xué)進(jìn)行合作是實現(xiàn)這一理想的有效途徑。韓國建國大學(xué)的安室根教授對韓國目前的教師考核制度提出了質(zhì)疑，并提出改善都是考核制度的方案。美國西雅圖太平洋大學(xué)埃利斯教授闡述教育研究對教師專業(yè)化發(fā)展的意義和途徑，深入分析增加都是教學(xué)經(jīng)驗的原則、兒童的自然傾向、高成就學(xué)生的特征、培養(yǎng)學(xué)生形成思考的能力等方面的問題。
