內(nèi)容概要

　　《當(dāng)代高職高專英語》是一套為高職高專英語教學(xué)編寫的教材，也適用于夜大和函大等成人高等教育。　　本教材遵循《高職高專教育英語課程教學(xué)基本要求》，以先進(jìn)的教育理念為思想指導(dǎo)，以全面提高學(xué)生綜合素質(zhì)為宗旨，在傳授英語語言基本知識的基礎(chǔ)上，注重開發(fā)和培養(yǎng)學(xué)生在英語聽說讀寫譯方面的應(yīng)用能力和培養(yǎng)學(xué)生的創(chuàng)新精神，從而順應(yīng)時(shí)代潮流和滿足社會需求，為高職高專學(xué)生的終身學(xué)習(xí)、工作、生活和個(gè)人發(fā)展奠定良好的科學(xué)基礎(chǔ)。同時(shí)，本教材亦以人為本，體現(xiàn)和滿足學(xué)生學(xué)習(xí)的基本需求。　　《當(dāng)代高職高專英語學(xué)習(xí)指導(dǎo)（第1冊）》的每一冊都由12個(gè)單元組成，每個(gè)單元以一個(gè)熱門話題為中心，共有5個(gè)部分，即：第一部分，聽說；第二部分，閱讀；第三部分，翻譯與寫作；第四部分，語法；第五部分，鞏固和提高。這5個(gè)部分中心突出，層層展開，環(huán)環(huán)緊扣，相互促進(jìn)，不斷提高，從各個(gè)方面向?qū)W生提供豐富的語言和文化等方面的知識，并為學(xué)生構(gòu)建了全面實(shí)踐所學(xué)知識的平臺。
