前言

  某廠有位員工,技術(shù)不錯(cuò),就是組織紀(jì)律性差點(diǎn),廠里出什么亂子時(shí),總有他的參與。雖然經(jīng)過(guò)幾次勸導(dǎo),他也是好一陣壞一陣。老板愛(ài)其才,不想輕易辭退他。經(jīng)過(guò)觀察,老板發(fā)現(xiàn)該員工特別喜愛(ài)足球,下班時(shí)愛(ài)和朋友們游戲一番,因此該員工被稱(chēng)為廠里第一腳。不久老板決定,成立廠里的足球隊(duì),由該員工擔(dān)任主管,負(fù)責(zé)訓(xùn)練以及聯(lián)系其他廠舉行友誼賽。老板規(guī)定每次訓(xùn)練或比賽前每個(gè)人必須先按質(zhì)按量完成自己的工作。該員工覺(jué)得能夠做自己感興趣的事情,就爽快地答應(yīng)了。由于有了動(dòng)力,該員工不僅工作勤快認(rèn)真,而且管理球隊(duì)也是井井有條,工作紀(jì)律性和責(zé)任心有了很大的提高?! ∵@則小故事說(shuō)明,做任何事情,只要因材施教就能達(dá)到事半功倍的效果。就高校英語(yǔ)聽(tīng)力教學(xué)而言,也面臨著這樣一種形勢(shì):市場(chǎng)上現(xiàn)有的聽(tīng)力教材大多是按照普通一二批本科生的聽(tīng)力水平編寫(xiě)的,有的聽(tīng)力教材難度甚至超出目前中國(guó)高校學(xué)生的基本聽(tīng)力水平。這使得許多獨(dú)立院校、高職院校的學(xué)生在使用和學(xué)習(xí)這些教材的過(guò)程中非常困難,容易失去學(xué)習(xí)的信心?! ♂槍?duì)學(xué)生的實(shí)際情況,我們組織了一批長(zhǎng)期耕耘在教學(xué)第一線并長(zhǎng)期從事教學(xué)研究的優(yōu)秀教師編寫(xiě)了這套《新感覺(jué)·大學(xué)英語(yǔ)聽(tīng)力教程》(共有四冊(cè))。這套教材具有四個(gè)特點(diǎn):  1.專(zhuān)業(yè)素質(zhì)與非專(zhuān)業(yè)素質(zhì)并重。趣味性與技巧性同步,滿足了成功素質(zhì)教育教學(xué)的基本要求?,F(xiàn)在編寫(xiě)的教材過(guò)多地強(qiáng)調(diào)專(zhuān)業(yè)知識(shí)的傳授,而忽視了對(duì)學(xué)生整體素質(zhì)的培養(yǎng)。成功素質(zhì)教育是我國(guó)方興未艾的素質(zhì)教育的新突破,是大學(xué)人才培養(yǎng)模式的新創(chuàng)造,它是武漢科技大學(xué)中南分校率先提出的一種全新的大學(xué)教育理念。它是以讓學(xué)生具備成功者所共有的特征即成功素質(zhì)為培養(yǎng)目標(biāo),實(shí)行專(zhuān)業(yè)素質(zhì)與非專(zhuān)業(yè)素質(zhì)的有機(jī)結(jié)合,使學(xué)生在學(xué)校即具備成功素質(zhì),一跨出校門(mén)就能適應(yīng)社會(huì),并能在激烈的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)中獲得成功的一種教育理念和教育模式。成功素質(zhì)教育教學(xué)觀還要求教師應(yīng)該讓學(xué)生變被動(dòng)學(xué)習(xí)為主動(dòng)學(xué)習(xí)。
