內(nèi)容概要

進入21世紀，我國的制造業(yè)高度發(fā)達，制造技術(shù)不斷提高，模具行業(yè)也在飛速發(fā)展，先進的模具設(shè)計和模具制造技術(shù)標志著中國已躋身世界前列，成為制造業(yè)大國。隨著模具制造行業(yè)的不斷發(fā)展壯大，我國與國外大型知名企業(yè)的業(yè)務(wù)交往以及大量的模具技術(shù)設(shè)備的引進也隨之增多，模具專業(yè)英語的應(yīng)用也越來越廣泛。對于模具專業(yè)的大中專學(xué)生和從事模具設(shè)計以及模具制造業(yè)的工程技術(shù)人員來說，熟練掌握該行業(yè)的英語技能是非常必要的。為滿足中國制造業(yè)的快速發(fā)展，模具制造行業(yè)實現(xiàn)技術(shù)技能創(chuàng)新的迫切要求，我們組織編寫了《模具英語》教材，以培養(yǎng)大批不僅要掌握先進的模具技術(shù)，而且要具備過硬的專業(yè)英語能力的高素質(zhì)、復(fù)合型人才。    本教材是一本模具專業(yè)基礎(chǔ)知識的英語教科書，全書共10個單元，介紹了冷沖壓模具、沖裁工藝、沖裁模具的設(shè)計、彎曲、拉伸、冷擠壓以及其他冷沖壓成形工藝，塑料模、模具基本結(jié)構(gòu)、特種加工和現(xiàn)代模具制造等方面的知識。學(xué)生在具備了多年扎實的英語知識和一定數(shù)量的模具專業(yè)知識的基礎(chǔ)上，通過對該教材的學(xué)習(xí)能夠獲得模具專業(yè)英語閱讀理解能力，從而加深對模具專業(yè)知識的理解?！? 本書編寫特點：  　1.內(nèi)容具有實用性和先進性。介紹了模具技術(shù)領(lǐng)域的最新技術(shù)和知識。 　 2.圖文并茂。大多數(shù)單元都配有與內(nèi)容相關(guān)的插圖，即通過文中圖例便可直觀地理解各段文章大意，有利于專業(yè)英語的學(xué)習(xí)。    3.每篇課文后附有相關(guān)生詞，并注出讀音便于學(xué)生正確的朗讀。    4.每個單元配有相應(yīng)的練習(xí)，題型多樣，且專業(yè)性強。    5.每篇課文后有注釋和句子結(jié)構(gòu)分析，書后有參考譯文及習(xí)題參考答案，有利于學(xué)生掌握和鞏固所學(xué)知識。
