　　《跨文化交際技巧》是一本學(xué)習(xí)跨文化交際的參考書，主要介紹國(guó)內(nèi)外學(xué)者關(guān)于跨文化交際的理論和技巧的論述。
　　本書由主編和三位教師合作編著，具體分工為：何維湘負(fù)責(zé)全書的內(nèi)容安排、跨文化交際引論，第一章：交際與文化，第二章：文化類型和文化定勢(shì)，第四章：非語(yǔ)言交際，第九章：跨文化交際中常見的問(wèn)題；Mr
John Jamison負(fù)責(zé)，第三章：語(yǔ)言與跨文化交際、第六章：全球化與交際、第八章：跨文化團(tuán)隊(duì)及全書的校閱；Dr.Peter H
Antoniou負(fù)責(zé)，第五章：習(xí)俗、禮儀、禮節(jié)；Mrs Katherine
Whitman負(fù)責(zé)；第七章：企業(yè)文化。第十章：跨文化交際能力由何維湘和Mr John Jamison共同負(fù)責(zé)。
　　本書可作為大專院?？缥幕浑H課的教材，也可供大中專學(xué)生、留學(xué)生、研究生以及外資、合資企業(yè)、涉外單位工作人員和需要或希望與不同文化背景的人打交道的人士學(xué)習(xí)和參考。
