1.題型特點(diǎn) 主旨題型是閱讀理解中一種必備題型。測(cè)試學(xué)生對(duì)于整篇文章的理解程度,通常對(duì)文章的整篇或整段提出問題,測(cè)試學(xué)生捕捉全文所包含的主要信息的能力。通常有三種設(shè)問形式:對(duì)主旨設(shè)問,對(duì)標(biāo)題(title)設(shè)問和對(duì)作者的寫作意圖(writing purpose)設(shè)問。 2.解題技巧 在不同題材的文章中,作者表達(dá)文章主旨的方式也有所不同。但通常為了使讀者迅速把握文章的主要內(nèi)容,會(huì)采取主題句的寫作手法,即用一句話或幾句話來直接表達(dá)主題。因此正確快速地把握文章主題句是解答此類問題的關(guān)鍵。具體可以通過以下方法: 1)通過總結(jié)段落要點(diǎn),最后歸納文章主題。有些文章結(jié)構(gòu)清晰,可直接在每段找到主題句;有些文章由于體裁原因,或是短文節(jié)選,或是沒有主題句的,則要通過總結(jié)各段進(jìn)而歸納全文中心思想。在歸納各段要點(diǎn)時(shí)要注意轉(zhuǎn)折、因果、遞進(jìn)等邏輯關(guān)系?! 例]American are proud of their variety and individuality, yet they love and respect fewthings more than a uniform, whether it is the uniform of an elevator operator or theuniform of a five-star general. Advantages and Disadvantages of Uniforms [例]It is hard to track the blue whale, the oceans largest creature, which has almost beenkilled off by commercial whaling and is now listed as an endangered species.
