中級(jí)英語視聽說教程教師用書

前言

　　《中級(jí)英語視聽說教程（第二版）》是為通過大學(xué)英語國(guó)家級(jí)考試的學(xué)生及相當(dāng)或以上水平的社會(huì)各界英語學(xué)習(xí)者編寫的一套視聽說教材。它根據(jù)國(guó)家教育部頒發(fā)的《大學(xué)英語課程教學(xué)要求》有關(guān)規(guī)定和要求，結(jié)合我國(guó)英語教學(xué)的實(shí)際和英語教學(xué)發(fā)展趨勢(shì)編寫而成?！　≡谥袊?guó)走向世界的進(jìn)程中，高等教育也面臨著前所未有的挑戰(zhàn)。大學(xué)英語教學(xué)適時(shí)提出了“基于現(xiàn)代技術(shù)的，以培養(yǎng)學(xué)生自主學(xué)習(xí)能力為中心”的外語教學(xué)新模式。在這種理念的指導(dǎo)下，大學(xué)英語教材編寫呈現(xiàn)出新面貌，綜合能力訓(xùn)練強(qiáng)于單一微技能訓(xùn)練，因此，即使在閱讀教材中也加入了視頻短片，目的之一是讓學(xué)生在視覺、聽覺的共同作用下，訓(xùn)練他們的英語綜合能力、特別是聽和說的能力。但是，這些教材的視頻片幾乎是在特定的場(chǎng)景下就一個(gè)話題而專門攝制的。這種做法，雖然有一定的優(yōu)勢(shì)，但語言真實(shí)感不足，“人為”痕跡明顯，不足以培養(yǎng)學(xué)生在真實(shí)語境中的交流能力。此外，目前互聯(lián)網(wǎng)和電視節(jié)目中大量原汁原味的語言素材已是屢見不鮮，如何通過課堂教學(xué)引導(dǎo)學(xué)生正確使用現(xiàn)代技術(shù)所帶來的豐富語料，從而提高學(xué)生的辨別力和英語應(yīng)用能力，是外語教育工作者所面臨的問題。

Benjamin Franklin （January 17,1706-April 17,1790）: Franklin is credited as being foundational to the roots of American values and character, a marriage of the practical and democratic Puritan values of thrift, hard work, education, community spirit, self-governing institutions, and opposition to authoritarianism both political and religious, with the scientific and tolerant values of the Enlightenment. In the words of Henry Steele Commager, "Franklin could be merged the virtues of Puritanism without its defects, the illumination of the Enlightenment without its heat." To Walter Isaacson, this makes Franklin, "the most accomplished American of his age and the most influential in inventing the type of society America would become."
