作者簡介

Stanford H.Rowe是Dow Corning公司通信實現(xiàn)系統(tǒng)的主要負(fù)責(zé)人（已退休）。此前，他擔(dān)任過公司的電信經(jīng)理。他在歐洲和亞洲組建過大量網(wǎng)絡(luò)，主要負(fù)責(zé)網(wǎng)絡(luò)和信息系統(tǒng)的規(guī)劃與集成。
