內(nèi)容概要

通過英語學習專業(yè)知識、通過專業(yè)知識提高英語水平，實施英語教學是適應我國高等教育國際化趨勢的發(fā)展需要。本教材適合法學院高年級本科生和研究生學習國際貿(mào)易法律實務課程。本教材涉及國際貨物買賣合同、跟單銷售和貿(mào)易術語、國際貿(mào)易支付、國際貨物買賣合同及保險和世界貿(mào)易組織五部分，既涵蓋傳統(tǒng)國際貿(mào)易法的主題，又重點闡釋國際貿(mào)易實務中的法律問題。案例教學是本教材的一大特色，全書精選了發(fā)生在國際貿(mào)易實務中的40個真實案例，每一案例涉及背景事實、推理過程和判決結果三部分。同時，作者對案例有針對性地提出問題，并就相關法律背景知識進行了注釋。

作者簡介

張艷，女，北京工商大學法學院副教授，法學博士，經(jīng)濟學博士后，加拿大阿爾伯塔大學訪問學者。主要研究方向為國際經(jīng)濟法、WTO法律制度和民事訴訟法。從1996年起開始用英文為本科生、研究生和留學生講授法學專業(yè)課，講授課程包括國際貿(mào)易法、國際投資法、外商投資企業(yè)法、國際
