作者簡(jiǎn)介

弗蘭克·J.湯普森（Frank J.Thompson）美國(guó)加州大學(xué)伯克利分校（University of California，Berkley）政治學(xué)博士，現(xiàn)任紐約州大學(xué)（State University of New York）洛克菲勒學(xué)院院長(zhǎng)。在政治學(xué)與行政學(xué)、健康政策、政策執(zhí)行、公共人事政策等研究領(lǐng)域出版了多部作品。
