內(nèi)容概要

本書是英語專業(yè)高年級(jí)和研究生的文學(xué)教材，其編寫打破了傳統(tǒng)的英語文學(xué)編寫模式。本書由引論、情節(jié)、敘事角度、人物、背景、風(fēng)格、主體、象征、長篇小說、如何寫小說的評(píng)論文章等章節(jié)和附錄構(gòu)成。在每一章節(jié)重點(diǎn)論述其涉及的范疇、概念，并選擇二至三篇小說進(jìn)行典型分析，附以思考題。在論述各相關(guān)概念時(shí)，不但涉及其內(nèi)涵和外延，還就相磁的文學(xué)術(shù)語和理論給予簡要的討論，并用具全實(shí)例佐證。有的作品還提供了英美批評(píng)家的評(píng)論?！叭绾螌懶≌f的評(píng)論文章”一章，旨在指導(dǎo)中國學(xué)生寫小論文和畢業(yè)論文，講述了如何選題、做筆記、列提綱、起草論文、用引語、做注釋、寫書目等，有助于學(xué)生寫出優(yōu)秀的、規(guī)范的學(xué)術(shù)論文。
