作者簡(jiǎn)介

　　金燦榮，1962年出生，1984年畢業(yè)于復(fù)旦大學(xué)國(guó)際政治系，獲學(xué)士學(xué)位，1987年畢業(yè)于中國(guó)社會(huì)科學(xué)院研究生院，獲碩士學(xué)位，1999年畢業(yè)于北京大學(xué)國(guó)際關(guān)系學(xué)院，獲博士學(xué)位?，F(xiàn)為中國(guó)人民大學(xué)國(guó)際關(guān)系學(xué)院副院長(zhǎng)、教授、外交學(xué)專業(yè)博士生導(dǎo)師，中國(guó)人民大學(xué)國(guó)際能源戰(zhàn)略研究中心學(xué)術(shù)委員會(huì)主任，中國(guó)人民大學(xué)美國(guó)研究中心副主任。兼任中國(guó)國(guó)際關(guān)系學(xué)會(huì)副會(huì)長(zhǎng)、全國(guó)人大常委會(huì)研究室特約研究員、中國(guó)和平與發(fā)展中心特約研究員、中國(guó)改革開(kāi)放論壇常務(wù)理事、中國(guó)國(guó)際公共關(guān)系協(xié)會(huì)理事、上海未來(lái)亞洲學(xué)會(huì)常務(wù)理事、研究員。主要學(xué)術(shù)研究領(lǐng)域：美國(guó)政治制度與政治文化、美國(guó)外交、中美關(guān)系及大國(guó)關(guān)系、中國(guó)對(duì)外政策。主要講授課程：外交決策研究、美國(guó)外交與中美關(guān)系、中國(guó)外交的理論與實(shí)踐等。主要著作：《多邊主義與東亞合作》、《中國(guó)學(xué)者看大國(guó)戰(zhàn)略》等；已發(fā)表論文和評(píng)論數(shù)百篇。
