內(nèi)容概要

　　公共管理是以政府為核心的公共部門運用管理學、政治學、經(jīng)濟學、法學、社會學、系統(tǒng)科學等多學科理論與方法對國家和公共組織進行有效治理的管理活動。公共管理學是運用管理學、政治學、經(jīng)濟學等多學科理論與方法研究公共組織，尤其是政府組織的管理活動及其規(guī)律的學科體系。它是一個科際整合的交叉學科群，是以解決公共問題為導向的應用科學。
