內(nèi)容概要

本書為中國人民大學(xué)出版社出版的民商法精要系列影印注釋本之一，由美國著名知識(shí)產(chǎn)權(quán)法學(xué)者Arthur R.Miller和Michael H.Davis編寫。本書是美國一本比較經(jīng)典的知識(shí)產(chǎn)權(quán)法教科書，內(nèi)容全面，條理清晰，比較系統(tǒng)地闡述了美國專利、商標(biāo)和版權(quán)制度，涉及制度的基礎(chǔ)、權(quán)利客體、權(quán)利要件、權(quán)利內(nèi)容，侵權(quán)行為和侵權(quán)救濟(jì)等內(nèi)容。本書繁簡得當(dāng)，行文流暢，作為一本教科書，它并不拘泥于對紛繁復(fù)雜的案例的具體分析和推理，而是直接歸納或者引述決中最為重要的部分，在闡述具體制度中，也比較注重突出重點(diǎn)。全書共有二十七章。
