內容概要

本教程以培養(yǎng)學生實際運用語言的能力為目標，突出教學內容的實用性和針對性。就語言習得理論而言，語言學習突出學與用的密切結合。在整個高職高專英語精讀學習過程中，其基礎級的“學”是指對基本語言知識折掌握，“用”則是指對語言基礎技能的操練以及應用基本技能做適應性的基本訓練，即加強訓練大綱中所規(guī)定的對基本語法知識和基本句型的掌握，并提高讀、寫、譯的基本技能；提高級既指對這些基本技能的鞏固與加深，同時更強調學生將這些技能在實際場景中的應用。    針對高職學生英語基礎較弱和重點需要提高語言實踐能力的學習特點，本教程強調了以下幾個方面，這幾個方面也是本教程的特色所在；    1）在閱讀部分，設計了A、B兩篇讀物和相關練習，內容編排上B級和A級之間做線形梯度關聯(lián)，即在字數上，由B級（上）的每篇課文（A篇）350詞—400詞，以每冊50個詞的梯度上升，到A級（下）的每篇課文（A篇）550詞—600詞，而且相關練習的用詞和結構難度也呈階梯狀設備；同時，本教程所有的閱讀篇章都是精心選材，真正做到了題材新穎、語言生動；編寫過程中，注意到了教學互動、寓教于樂。    2）  在語法部分，針對學生英語基礎薄弱的現(xiàn)狀，設計為B級和A形之間呈復式梯度行進，即兩級內容相同、級差顯示：B級部分中陳述最基本的概念和簡單例句，A級部分擴充概念并加大全句的難度，完善和深化語法教學。    3）在寫作部分，本教程做到了系統(tǒng)全面、由淺入深、繁簡得當、學用結合，以便盡快提高學生的寫作水平。  4）在翻譯部分，B級只在練習中編有與課文機關的翻譯題，讓學生接受翻譯的感性認識；在A級則系統(tǒng)地介紹翻譯理論并提供有一定難度的相關練習。  5）每單元配有一個語言活潑、故事生動有趣的幽默故事，這種小幽默既可作為英語快速閱讀材料，也可培養(yǎng)學生學習英語的興趣；而每單元課文A后配有一個有關學習、道德、價值觀等方面的諺語，既可豐富學生的語言知識，也能使學生在道德情操方面受到教育。
