內(nèi)容概要

本教材的內(nèi)容覆蓋了機(jī)械設(shè)計(jì)制造及其自動(dòng)化專(zhuān)業(yè)的基本內(nèi)容。各單元之間，既有一定的內(nèi)在聯(lián)系又獨(dú)立成章，可根據(jù)不同學(xué)時(shí)數(shù)靈活選用。第二版保留了第一版的風(fēng)格，對(duì)部分內(nèi)容作了更換與調(diào)整，增加了如模具設(shè)計(jì)與制造、過(guò)程控制系統(tǒng)狀態(tài)監(jiān)測(cè)、精益制造等內(nèi)容，使教材適應(yīng)性更廣，也更加通俗易懂。    本教材共分為三部分（Part），30個(gè)單元（Unit）。第一部分為機(jī)械設(shè)計(jì)與制造的基本知識(shí)，包括金屬材料、非金屬材料、材料的機(jī)械性能、選材、制造工藝、加工設(shè)備、數(shù)控機(jī)床、化工機(jī)器、熱力學(xué)、流體力學(xué)、機(jī)械及機(jī)械零件設(shè)計(jì)等。第二部分為自動(dòng)控制的基本知識(shí)，其中包括控制原理、控制系統(tǒng)類(lèi)型、反饋控制原理、信號(hào)轉(zhuǎn)換、測(cè)量系統(tǒng)等。第三部分為現(xiàn)代先進(jìn)制造技術(shù)，主要介紹計(jì)算機(jī)技術(shù)、機(jī)電一體化、計(jì)算機(jī)數(shù)控、機(jī)器人、計(jì)算機(jī)輔助制造、柔性制造系統(tǒng)、計(jì)算機(jī)集成制造、自動(dòng)組裝、質(zhì)量保證與控制、虛擬制造、敏捷制造、綠色產(chǎn)品制造等。    本教材可供機(jī)械工程及相關(guān)專(zhuān)業(yè)本科生使用，也可作為同等程度的專(zhuān)業(yè)技術(shù)人員的自學(xué)教材。
