作者簡介

　　Betty Kirkpatrick，畢業(yè)于愛丁堡大學(xué)，資深編輯、出版人，編寫了大量英語教材和參考讀物。曾擔(dān)任《錢伯斯20世紀(jì)詞典》及《羅熱同義詞詞典》的編輯，并曾參與編纂《牛津同義詞詞庫詞典》 （平裝版）。她編纂的《陳詞濫調(diào)辭典》由Bloomsbury出版社出版，現(xiàn)也發(fā)行了美國版和日文版。
