GaoHualing,GaoHualing,bornin1926,isanativeofWangkuiCounty,HeilongjiangProVince.HegraduatedfromtheMedicalDepartmentoftheChineseMedicalSciencesUniversityin1948,andfinishedhispostgraduatestudiesattheBeijingUnionMedicalCollegein1956.Aftergraduation,hetaughtattheChangchunNo.3MilitaryMedicalSciencesUniversity,andtheChangchunNo.1MilitaryMedicalSciencesUniversity,andlaterworkedasalecturer,associateprofessor,professor,tutorofgraduatestudents,andheadoftheHumanAnatomyTeachingandResearchOfficeoftheBeijingUniversityofTraditionalChineseMedicine.GaoHualingisamemberoftheAcupunctureSociety,andtheAnatomySocietyundertheChineseMedicalAssociationaswellasamemberoftheChinaAssociationofSeniorProfessors.Hehasmadetheteachingandstudyofhumananatomyhislifetime'swork,andhaspublishedmanypapers,including"ObservationsofArteriaSubclaviainChinesePeople,""AStudyofArteriaAxillarisinChinesePeople,""AStudyofChineseWomen'sBreastArteria,""AStudyofChineseWomen'sWombArteria,"and"AStudyoftheNeedleDirectionforAcupunctureAnalgesia."
