內(nèi)容概要

病理生理學(xué)是一門連接基礎(chǔ)與臨床的重要橋梁學(xué)科，為滿足英文教學(xué)的需要，我們編寫了《Textbook of Pathophysiology》。教材內(nèi)容從實(shí)際需要出發(fā)，緊扣目前中文教學(xué)系統(tǒng)的安排和要求，以經(jīng)典英文原版教材《Pathophysiology-Concepts ofHealth States》為范本，進(jìn)行了大量的語(yǔ)言潤(rùn)色和修改?！? 《Pathophysiology-Concepts of Health States》是一部?jī)?yōu)秀的英語(yǔ)教材，由Carol Mattson Porth王編，Lippincott Williams&Wilkins出版，該書(shū)包括61章，14個(gè)單元，各章節(jié)主要由不同系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行劃分。為了和國(guó)內(nèi)的病理生理學(xué)教學(xué)體系相匹配，本教材由16章組成，分為三個(gè)部分。第一部分為總論和疾病概論，第二部分介紹病理生理學(xué)基本概念和基本病理過(guò)程，包括水、電解質(zhì)紊亂，酸堿平衡紊亂，缺氧，發(fā)熱，應(yīng)激及相關(guān)疾病，凝血一抗凝血系統(tǒng)功能紊亂，休克和缺血再灌注損傷。細(xì)胞和分子病理生理，包括信號(hào)轉(zhuǎn)導(dǎo)異常與疾病和細(xì)胞凋亡與疾病，也歸人第二部分。基本的病理生理過(guò)程反映了多數(shù)疾病發(fā)生發(fā)展過(guò)程中的普遍機(jī)制，對(duì)揭示和掌握各疾病的本質(zhì)有重要意義。本書(shū)的第三部分為系統(tǒng)病理生理學(xué)，主要闡述體內(nèi)重要器官系統(tǒng)如心、肺、肝、腎、腦的某些疾病在發(fā)生、發(fā)展過(guò)程中可能出現(xiàn)的一些常見(jiàn)的、共同的病理過(guò)程。此部分的重點(diǎn)仍然在于基本的病理過(guò)程和器官功能不全或衰竭的機(jī)制。該書(shū)的大部分章節(jié)均按照基本概念、病因、發(fā)病機(jī)制、機(jī)體功能代謝變化以及治療原則進(jìn)行闡述。本書(shū)的主要特征是注重闡述和揭示疾病發(fā)生發(fā)展的普遍規(guī)律，并省略了在外文原版教材所涉及的對(duì)具體疾病或臨床癥狀的描述以及對(duì)正常解剖、生理、生化、物理等相關(guān)知識(shí)的回顧，從而大大減小了篇幅。該書(shū)為臨床醫(yī)學(xué)學(xué)科的學(xué)習(xí)打下最直接的基礎(chǔ)。    本書(shū)主要面向的讀者是醫(yī)學(xué)生，包括大學(xué)本科生和研究生。我們希望此書(shū)能夠?qū)︶t(yī)學(xué)生學(xué)好病理生理學(xué)、正確理解疾病的本質(zhì)提供有用的幫助；同時(shí)我們也相信此書(shū)同樣有益于已進(jìn)人臨床的醫(yī)師或?qū)嵙?xí)醫(yī)師更加深入理解各疾病的發(fā)病機(jī)制，從而正確的處理臨床病例；臨床護(hù)理人員等也可通過(guò)閱讀本書(shū)拓展知識(shí)面，提高自己的專業(yè)英語(yǔ)能力。
