本教材是由衛(wèi)生部組織，按照衛(wèi)生部頒布的《四年制中等護(hù)理專業(yè)教學(xué)計(jì)劃》和《教學(xué)大綱》編寫的。起點(diǎn)與初中《英語》教材銜接，分上、中、下三冊，供四年制中等護(hù)理專業(yè)英語教學(xué)使用?！　「鶕?jù)《大綱》，本教材按照245學(xué)時(shí)編排。第一學(xué)年使用上冊（約需92學(xué)時(shí)），第二學(xué)年使用中冊（約需108學(xué)時(shí)），第三學(xué)的使用下冊（約需45學(xué)時(shí)），每學(xué)期教學(xué)三個(gè)單元。
