通識教育英語讀本

內(nèi)容概要

　　《通識教育英語讀本》的編寫，其基本宗旨，是試圖把人文素質(zhì)教育（liberal education）與英語學(xué)習(xí)結(jié)合起來。目前市面上有各式各樣的商務(wù)英語、旅游英語、文秘英語，卻少有以人文素質(zhì)教育為專門指向的人文英語或通識英語。本書的出版，意在填補這方面的空白?！　【臀业囊娐勊?，此前，中國，乃至世界，很少有人把liberal 一詞與English -詞聯(lián)在一起使用，更少有誰把它拿來作為一本書的書名。所以，僅從書名看，本書在2007年作為自編教材在四川大學(xué)錦城學(xué)院率先推出之際，應(yīng)該說已經(jīng)是一個首創(chuàng)。
