版權(quán)頁:   插圖:   Notes 1.take one's order點(diǎn)菜服務(wù)。 2.We are specializing in Luoyang Water Banquet.我們餐廳專門經(jīng)營洛陽水席。注:市場上餐廳類型很多,有單一經(jīng)營一種菜系的餐廳,也有經(jīng)營多種不同菜系的餐廳,各有優(yōu)勢。 3.One reason is that,unlike most meal customs in China,the dishes served in this banquet are brought one after another,like flowing water.Another reason is that around one third of the dishes served are soup or semi—soup ones.原因之一是區(qū)別于大多數(shù)中國的飲食習(xí)慣,水席上菜吃一道上一道,猶如行云流水一般。另一個(gè)原因是,水席中三分之一的菜是湯菜或半湯菜。 4.“Luoyang Swallow Dish”洛陽燕菜,也稱“Peony Swallow Dish”牡丹燕菜。是洛陽水席的經(jīng)典代表菜之一。 5.In October 1973,Chinese Premier,Zhou Enlai accompanied Canadian Premier to visit Luo-yang.Premier Zhou entertained the distinguished guest at Friendship Hotel.During the banquet,the two premiers ordered the Luoyang swallow dish twice and complimented it a lot.1973年10月,周恩來總理陪同加拿大總理到洛陽訪問。周總理在友誼賓館設(shè)宴招待貴賓。席間,兩位總理點(diǎn)了洛陽燕菜這道菜兩次并大加贊賞。 6.Because there was a carved peony in the dish,Premier Zhou humorously said,“Peony in Luoyang is best in the world.It even grows in the dish.The dish may be called 'Peony Swallow Dish'.”由于洛陽燕菜中有一朵廚師用蘿卜雕刻而成的牡丹花,周總理便風(fēng)趣地說,“洛陽牡丹甲天下,菜里也能長出花。這道菜就叫做‘牡丹燕菜’吧”。 7.both at home and abroad國內(nèi)外。 8.Black label黑方,Chivas Regal皇家芝華士。兩者都是蘇格蘭威士忌的代表品牌,屬混合威士忌。而蘇格蘭威士忌也是世界上最負(fù)盛名、品質(zhì)最佳的威士忌。
