插圖：In this article, we have analysed the complicated rela-tionship between Kafka and his father by a system of or-dinary differential equations. We have found that our ap-proach has been fairly reliable in predicting their relation-ship. We have also proved that communication between fa-ther and son would be crucial in developing good relation-ships. Also, in this special case of Kafka, we have found thathis father's attitude also affect their relationship.Throughout his 41 years of life Franz spent most of thetime with his beloved and though terrible father, and fornearly 25 years they had had a negative relationship accord-ing to our results. This intriguing real life story, interwovenwith a son of diffidence and a father of tyranny, is doomedto be a tragedy. Their conflicts were, and are, going on forever. However, as we all know, all his works sprang out like afountain which flows and influences the contemporaries andeven the next generation, from the sole source of inspiration-his life with his father. It is ironic; it gives him fame andreputation after his death. Without his father, Franz Kafkacould not become the Franz Kafka we know.
