前言
《英語(yǔ)》(高職高專版)系列教材是根據(jù)教育部2000年頒發(fā)的《高職高專英語(yǔ)課程教學(xué)基本要求》(以下簡(jiǎn)稱《基本要求》)編寫的,是“教育部高職高專規(guī)劃教材”。本套教材的培養(yǎng)目標(biāo)是培養(yǎng)學(xué)生在中國(guó)環(huán)境下使用英語(yǔ)進(jìn)行涉外交際的能力。具體涉及四個(gè)方面:1.使學(xué)生掌握一定的英語(yǔ)基礎(chǔ)知識(shí)和技能;2.使學(xué)生具有閱讀和翻譯有關(guān)業(yè)務(wù)英語(yǔ)資料的能力;3.訓(xùn)練學(xué)生進(jìn)行簡(jiǎn)單的日常和涉外會(huì)話的初步能力;4.培養(yǎng)學(xué)生模擬套寫簡(jiǎn)單信函等涉外業(yè)務(wù)應(yīng)用文的能力?! ”咎捉滩挠芍鹘滩摹队⒄Z(yǔ)》1~4冊(cè)、《英語(yǔ)綜合練習(xí)》1~4冊(cè)及《英語(yǔ)1、2答案和譯文》、《英語(yǔ)3、4答案和譯文》組成。每?jī)?cè)學(xué)生用書均配有錄音磁帶。 《英語(yǔ)》 第一冊(cè)為預(yù)備教材,詞匯起點(diǎn)為800詞,主要目的是幫助英語(yǔ)水平低于((基本要求》規(guī)定的學(xué)生,復(fù)習(xí)鞏固中學(xué)階段已學(xué)過(guò)的語(yǔ)音、語(yǔ)法、詞匯,為進(jìn)一步學(xué)習(xí)打下基礎(chǔ)。為了便于初學(xué)者使用本書,書后附有基本語(yǔ)音知識(shí)、基本語(yǔ)法知識(shí)和基本詞匯。 第二冊(cè)的重點(diǎn)是簡(jiǎn)單句的基本語(yǔ)法歸納和復(fù)習(xí),基本句式的聽說(shuō)讀寫譯技能的訓(xùn)練,并注意把語(yǔ)言基本功訓(xùn)練與實(shí)際涉外活動(dòng)結(jié)合起來(lái),使學(xué)生從一開始就能貫徹學(xué)用結(jié)合,學(xué)一點(diǎn)、用一點(diǎn)的原則?! 〉谌齼?cè)和第四冊(cè)在側(cè)重閱讀基本技能訓(xùn)練和語(yǔ)言應(yīng)用能力提高的同時(shí),繼續(xù)進(jìn)行聽說(shuō)讀寫譯的綜合訓(xùn)練,并引入涉外交際資料的閱讀、翻譯和套寫訓(xùn)練,將讀譯寫技能的培養(yǎng)作為教學(xué)重點(diǎn),把培養(yǎng)學(xué)生實(shí)際使用英語(yǔ)去處理業(yè)務(wù)工作中的涉外交際活動(dòng)的能力作為最終目標(biāo)?! ≈鹘滩拿?jī)?cè)書都加配了《英語(yǔ)多媒體學(xué)習(xí)課件))光盤,并將光盤中有關(guān)的內(nèi)容用南標(biāo)注在書中每課的相應(yīng)部分,使學(xué)生能借助計(jì)算機(jī)輔助教學(xué)手段,學(xué)習(xí)光盤中提供的多媒體學(xué)習(xí)材料,加深對(duì)課文的理解,強(qiáng)化技能訓(xùn)練,欣賞英文歌曲等。該課件光盤共有4張,分別對(duì)應(yīng)《英語(yǔ)》1~4冊(cè)。每?jī)?cè)的課件由六個(gè)模塊組成:課文學(xué)習(xí)、語(yǔ)言技能、語(yǔ)法學(xué)習(xí)、詞匯學(xué)習(xí)、考考測(cè)測(cè)和輕松一刻。課件具體內(nèi)容詳見附錄。《英語(yǔ)綜合練習(xí)》《英語(yǔ)綜合練習(xí)》既與《英語(yǔ)》緊密配合,又不相互重復(fù)。與《英語(yǔ)》相比,《英語(yǔ)綜合練習(xí)》遵循“自學(xué)、自練、自測(cè)”的原則,選材內(nèi)容更簡(jiǎn)短、生動(dòng),訓(xùn)練方式與形式更靈活多樣,并適時(shí)提供自測(cè)試題供學(xué)生檢測(cè)自己的學(xué)習(xí)成果。考慮到學(xué)生自學(xué)的特點(diǎn),聽錄音遍數(shù)不強(qiáng)求一致,學(xué)生可根據(jù)自己的實(shí)際需要多次播放;讀譯寫部分以讀懂理解為主,編配了少量練習(xí)以幫助學(xué)生擴(kuò)大詞匯和鞏固語(yǔ)法。因此,同時(shí)使用這兩套用書,會(huì)收到相得益彰的效果。
