基礎(chǔ)職業(yè)英語(yǔ)

前言

　　There are four seasons in a year. They are spring, summer, autumn and winter. In spring the weather becomes warmer and warmer and the days are getting longer and longer. All living things come back to life. Trees, plants, birds and flowers wake up from their long winter sleep.　　Summer is the hottest season of the year. The days are long and the nights areshort. In summer, the sun is always bright, plants are in growth and animals are active. Cool autumn brings with it the harvest time. Farmers work in the field to get in the crops and pick the fruits. The leaves begin to turn yellow and fall from the trees. Some birds begin to fly to warmer places for the winter. Winter is the coldest season of the year, and the days are short. Many animals are not active in winter. The field is covered with snow. The white world is quiet and beautiful.
