內(nèi)容概要

本教材適合高年級本科生學(xué)習(xí)國際商法課程。它既強調(diào)理論學(xué)習(xí)，又注重實際運用，書后還附有案例和閱讀材料。本書內(nèi)容包括：國際法與比較法概述，國家責(zé)任與環(huán)境規(guī)則，爭端解決，跨國公司，對外投資，貨幣與銀行，貨物貿(mào)易，服務(wù)貿(mào)易，知識產(chǎn)權(quán)，運輸，支付，稅收等l3個部分。與前兩版相比，具有以下新特點：（1）新增加了20個案例；（2）增加了關(guān)于國際保險、WTO爭端解決機制、最新關(guān)稅表等方面的新材料；（3）腳注和參考資料亦有較大更新；（4）對國際貿(mào)易及跨國公司的運作有較多論述。
