內(nèi)容概要

本書(shū)為英文版教材，是從近年來(lái)國(guó)外出版的20多本英文原版專(zhuān)著和教材中摘錄、篩選后編輯而成的。
全書(shū)共分為三部分：第一部分介紹了計(jì)算機(jī)在制造業(yè)中的作用，并對(duì)因特網(wǎng)的誕生、歷史沿革和結(jié)構(gòu)作了初步介紹；第二部分主要介紹CAD／CAM、數(shù)控加工、柔性制造系統(tǒng)、計(jì)算機(jī)集成制造系統(tǒng)和高速切削加工；第三部分是全書(shū)的重點(diǎn)，系統(tǒng)介紹了近年來(lái)先進(jìn)制造技術(shù)的幾個(gè)主要內(nèi)容——敏捷制造、快速原形制造、基于環(huán)境意識(shí)的設(shè)計(jì)與制造、納米技術(shù)和微納制造，以及生物制造等。為便于讀者學(xué)習(xí)，在本書(shū)的每一章末都對(duì)一些疑難句子作了詳細(xì)注釋?zhuān)⒃跁?shū)后附有總詞匯表。
本書(shū)可作為機(jī)械制造及自動(dòng)化、現(xiàn)代設(shè)計(jì)、儀器儀表、工業(yè)工程與管理、環(huán)境工程以及半導(dǎo)體器件制造等專(zhuān)業(yè)的高年級(jí)本科生的雙語(yǔ)教材，也可用做其他相關(guān)專(zhuān)業(yè)人員的現(xiàn)代制造技術(shù)英文培訓(xùn)教材。
