內(nèi)容概要

　　《中國(guó)至2050年重大科技基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施發(fā)展路線圖》在分析國(guó)際重大科技基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施發(fā)展態(tài)勢(shì)的基礎(chǔ)上，從中國(guó)科學(xué)技術(shù)以及經(jīng)濟(jì)社會(huì)發(fā)展對(duì)重大科技基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施的需求出發(fā)，理清至2050年我國(guó)重大科技基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施發(fā)展的戰(zhàn)略構(gòu)想、部署、布局和分階段目標(biāo)，分析各重點(diǎn)領(lǐng)域各階段重大科技基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施發(fā)展的主要方向及可能或必須突破的重大科學(xué)技術(shù)問(wèn)題，描繪了粒子物理、核物理、核能源；天文與空間科學(xué)；多學(xué)科研究平臺(tái)；生命科學(xué)與生物技術(shù)；資源環(huán)境與生態(tài)；高技術(shù)及其他重點(diǎn)領(lǐng)域重大科技基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施的發(fā)展路線圖，并提出了一些為實(shí)現(xiàn)發(fā)展目標(biāo)所需要的體制、資源、人才等方面的政策建議。
