內(nèi)容概要

本書是關(guān)于長春花生理生態(tài)學(xué)原始研究結(jié)果的專著。主要運(yùn)用植物生理學(xué)的理論和方法,結(jié)合蛋白質(zhì)組學(xué)技術(shù),初步研究和揭示了長春花在生長發(fā)育和響應(yīng)環(huán)境變化過程中的生理學(xué)過程和機(jī)制。包括長春堿、長春質(zhì)堿和文朵靈三種生物堿,果糖、葡萄糖和蔗糖三種可溶性糖,光合和呼吸作用及ABA、GA和IAA三種植物激素在長春花生長發(fā)育,響應(yīng)光照、溫度、水分和生物分子脅迫過程中的代謝動態(tài)和相互作用,并探討了它們的生物學(xué)功能和相互聯(lián)系。    本書可供植物生態(tài)學(xué)和植物生理學(xué)研究領(lǐng)域的科研教學(xué)人員和研究生參考。
